We are looking for a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including designing, creating the marketing programs, generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must.
Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Marketing specialists rely on judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.
Plan and execute digital marketing, including Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, Display Re-marketing advertising campaigns, Website enhancements updates
· Create HTML files for email deployment
Set up, test, and deploy emails tied to specific lists
Create reports and dashboards on email and web product performance. Identify opportunities for improvement based on performance
Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns
Daily Account Reviews of campaigns, keywords, audiences, impressions share, ad copy, ad creative, quality score, and other important account metrics
Recommend changes to optimize programs based on analytical findings, business/industry best practices and current business needs
Measuring/reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website traffic flow using a variety of web analytics tools.
Basic understanding about SSL, HTTP, HTTPS protocols, server responses, browser requests, cookies.
Ability to debug technical issues within websites that affect all SEO efforts. Basic knowledge about different content management systems like WordPress, Drupal.
Desired Skills and Experience:-
Proven experience of as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Experience with Google AdWords, Display ads, Bing Advertising, Social media advertising, Email campaigns and Search Engine Marketing
· Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing
· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Complete understanding of landing page creation, monitoring campaigns owning campaign results
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus.
